Day 114.0: Happy New Year! @ 2009!

Hi Folks!

This is the newest entry into my WorkFor3Dollars(W4$3) blog for the year of 2009.

Since last November 17, 2008, I had gotten so busy with off-line activities that I had no time to spare for my W4$3 business.

I was busy with renovating the new house that I had purchased a year ago and had now been completed in December 2008.

My wife has been a great motivator of sorts because her goal was to finish with the major renovations by two weeks. Then, throw a housewarming cum special prayers night conducted by my father-in-law.

So the first 2 weeks of December 2008 was something like "Hell Week" for my family.

BUT, we managed to finish it up on time and apart from the kitchen cabinet that is supposed to be completed by 15 January 2009, our new house was livable.

We officially moved in on December 2008.

I can't remember which date was the exact one because we were still moving things out of my mother-in-laws house and into our new place.

Last weekend, we were still moving some stuff into the house. I guess we didn't want my wife's parents to feel that we were REALLY moving out of their house and into our own by hiring a truck and moving huge amounts of stuff at one shot.

Our intention was to ease their feelings as we transit from living under their roof and now living under our own.

Back to my W4$3 business, I now have the pleasure of looking at it very closely and weighing my options.

Incidentally, my new house have no internet connection for me to do any Internet Based activities that I have to go to my parent-in-laws house to 'borrow' their internet connection.

Very frustrating!

This frustrates me even more when I hear rumors from my neighbors that the telephone company may lay the cables to my new house in April!

!@#$%#@!!

Anyways, being patient is an honorable virtue so I am praying that God answers my prayers and I get to do my work from home.

I'm weighing my options because my wife's patience with me and my Internet Home Based business is wearing out.

She is insistent, more than ever, for me to "...get out of the house and find a REAL job!"

What I am hearing her say is, "Will you get something done that is REAL so that you can help me with the bills?!"

So I hear her advice and I went back "looking" for something that is REAL so that I get an income every month, starting with January 2009.

That means that I will be back to joining the workforce very soon and that i may really have to s-t-r-e-t-c-h to find time with my Internet Based Home Business.
